How to use bBold Self Tan Liquid:

• For best results exfoliate skin thoroughly the day before applying bBold Self Tan Liquid.
• Prior to tanning apply moisturiser to areas of dry skin to include hands, elbows, knees and ankles.
• Using a Tanning Applicator Mitt apply liquid in a circular motion.
• Avoid showering for up to 8 hours after application.
• Suitable for face and body.
