Chondroitin is a major constituent of cartilage, which functions as a shock absorber in many of the body's joints. Chondroitin Sulphate is used as a structural matrix, thus holding water nutrients, allowing molecules to move through the cartilage. This function is crucial as cartilage does not have its own blood supply.
MSM (Methyl Sulphonyl Methane) provides the body with a source of Sulphur. Sulphur is present in majority of living organisms.
