How to use PreProbiotic Cleanse;

1. Use every third night after pre-cleansing.
2. Pump a coin-sized amount of cleanse into wet palms and massage into your face using firm, circular, outward motions.
3. Rinse and remove with wet hands or the Cleanse Off Mitt after 60 seconds.
4. To use as a Spot-Zapper - Apply directly to spots, leave for three minutes and remove.
5. To use as a Micro-Mask - Massage into cleansed skin, leave for two minutes and remove. It is recommend that you do this  MAXIMUM once a week !!
